Refund Policy

The Memory Plush Adoption Center is confident you will love your fuzzy, new Memory Plushie. If you are not satisfied with your Memory Plushie and/or products, please review this policy.
 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the purchase date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
 
Note: "Memory Plush Adoption Center" is what we call our website, www.memoryplush.com. "Memory Plushie" refers to our memory foam stuffed animals.
 
SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
 
When you return dissatisfied orders, we will happily refund the product cost, but cannot refund the original shipping cost nor the returns shipping.
 
An order is eligible for full refund if we made an error. An error on our part includes manufacturing defects or sending you the wrong products. We will refund the original shipping cost as well.
 
In these situations, refunds cannot be provided:
Any item that is purchased on sale
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, based on the order tracking
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to manufacturing error
Any order where delivery is late (we have no way of guaranteeing exact delivery times)

SECTION 2 - RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS 
To begin the returns process, please email us at info@memoryplush.com and include your receipt. The Memory Plush Adoption Center will confirm that you are eligible for product returns.
 
After the confirmation, please ship the product or order to: Andy Shaw, 2101 Rio Grande St, Apt 20005, Austin Texas US 78705.

SECTION 3 - TERMS FOR SHIPPING
The Memory Plush Adoption Center cannot cover the return shipping costs. Please also bear in mind that the original shipping costs are non-refundable too.
 
If you are returning an order over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, the Adoption Center has no way to guarantee the receipt of your returned item(s).
 
SECTION 4 - REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your Memory Plushies and/or products arrive at the center and gets inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt. We will also notify you if your order is eligible for a refund.
 
If you are approved, we will refund you to your original method of payment.
 
SECTION 5 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Memory Plush Adoption Center strives to offer the best customer service to you. If you have not received your refund after two weeks, please contact us at info@memoryplush.com.
 
SECTION 6 - EXCHANGES
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at info@memoryplush.com. After we confirm an exchange, send your Memory Plushie or other products to: Andy Shaw, 2101 Rio Grande St, Apt 20005, Austin, Texas US 78705.
